"Charged right away, but tickets took too long"
I bought the tickets thinking the process would be quick, and I was charged right away, but then there wasn’t much of an update for a while. That made me nervous, especially with the event getting closer. I did end up receiving the tickets, but the wait was stressful and support didn’t really give me much help or reassurance

I reached out to support thinking it would be a quick fix, since it didn’t seem like a huge issue on my end. I even had my laptop plugged in and everything because I figured I might be sitting there for a bit, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. After all that back and forth, the problem still wasn’t actually fixed, so it was frustrating
"Helpful pricing tools for reselling tickets"
I tried using ticketexchangebyticketmaster.com to resell a couple of tickets, and the pricing tools were actually helpful. They gave me a better idea of when my price might be a little too high, so I adjusted it down and started getting more views. It wasn’t perfect, some of the updates felt a bit slow at times — but it definitely made the whole pricing part feel less like guesswork. I’d probably recommend it if you’re not sure where to start with pricing your tickets. 4 stars.

"Tickets showed up after messing with the app"
At first the mobile tickets weren’t coming up, so I kind of had to poke around and refresh the app a bit. After that they finally showed up and worked fine, so not a huge deal, just a little annoying for a minute.

The price changed when I got to checkout, which immediately made me uncomfortable. I reached out to support, but they weren’t much help either. Umm, the whole site just gave me a weird feeling, and I don’t think I’d use it again unless I really had no other option.

I sold my tickets and that part was smooth, no real issues there. But the payout took way longer than I expected. I kept checking my account, kind of obsessively, honestly, and there wasn’t much clear info about what was going on. The money did show up eventually, but it was slow and frustrating. It would be a lot better if payouts were faster or if they at least gave actual updates along the way.

I was just trying to buy tickets, but the checkout page kept loading super slowly. Then the fees didn’t show up until near the end, which was ridiculous. On top of that, I had to enter my card info again for no obvious reason. I did get the tickets eventually, but the whole thing was way more stressful than it should’ve been.

I got the alerts like I was supposed to, so in that sense it did what I needed, but sometimes the emails felt kind of slow to come through and I’d be sitting there refreshing or wondering if I missed something, though overall it was basic and got the job done

The buying part was easy, but once I started looking into the rules and extra fees, it got frustrating fast. A lot of it wasn’t explained clearly, and when it came to what happens if plans change, it felt like everything was buried under policy excuses. I had to dig around way too much to figure it out, which didn’t exactly make me feel confident or trusting...

"Fees Popped Up Later Than I'd Like"
Buying the tickets was easy enough, which I guess is nice considering they still managed to make the final price feel like a surprise. At first, the total looked reasonable, but then the fees showed up near checkout and changed the vibe a bit.
I did get my tickets without any real hassle, so credit where it's due. I just wish they were as upfront about the actual cost as they are good at making the early price look better than it is

They cancelled my tickets and now I’m still sitting here waiting for my refund. No one has been helpful at all, and it feels like they just took my money and stopped caring. This is completely on them, and I’m really angry about how they’ve handled it.

The tickets did work at the gate in the end, but the whole process was way more stressful than it needed to be. Everything felt confusing and slow, and I had to chase them for updates instead of just being kept in the loop. We got in fine, but it wasn’t worth the stress.

I put my tickets up for resale and, to be fair, it did work in the end. I was kind of in a rush when I was doing it, so I was hoping it would be quick and straightforward, but it took a bit more effort than I expected.
A few steps felt slower than they needed to be, and I had to go back to double-check the pricing and fees because it wasn’t totally clear what I’d actually end up getting. That part was a little frustrating when I was just trying to get it done.
Overall, the tickets did get posted, and I liked that it was connected through Ticketmaster. I just wish the listing process felt smoother and easier to follow, especially if you’re trying to do it quickly.

"Tickets worked perfectly"
I’ve bought resale tickets before and had a couple stressful experiences, so I was a little nervous this time. But these showed up in my Ticketmaster account just like they were supposed to and scanned with no issues at the gate. Got in easily and everything was smooth. I’d definitely use it again...

I thought making an account would be quick and straightforward, but it ended up being a bit annoying. The verification email took longer than expected to come through, and the site kept making me sign in again, which got old fast. I did get everything set up in the end, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as I was hoping
